5.0.3 Release Notes

5.0.3 makes debugging simpler and addresses some bugs found in 5.0.2.

PLATFORM

New

  • Added a warning that unsaved work will be lost when logging out of Forge/OS to give the user the opportunity to Cancel or Confirm logout

Updates

  • Standardized Add/New buttons on all system tables across apps

 

SETTINGS

New

  • “Create Diagnostic File” button is added to the System Info to dump logs to a USB stick for support (to help with debugging)

Fixes

  • ABB 6DOF: Missing device configuration file is added back to the USB setup
  • Universal Robots 6DOF: Increased allowed payload limit to apply to pre-loaded arms
  • Fanuc 6DOF: External e-stop was unrecoverable through Forge/OS unless enabling switch was held
  • Fanuc 6DOF: Fanuc reported SRVO-403 instead of Fence Open error
  • Staubli 6DOF: Motion error led to an unrecoverable communication error
